Online Continuing Education Credit
Module for iMIS provides attendees the ablility to sign-on via their
iMIS e-Series member profile, click on the CRCE credit entry link, and
select the course to enter their credit hours. Then print out their
certificate of completion while updating iMIS data internally.

The following are features of the Online Continuing Education Hours
Module for iMIS.
The sessions available for selection are dynamically generated from
the iMIS Events functions.
Only sessions after the registrants check-in date and time show as
available for selection.
The Total Selected Hours displays a running total of hours as the
registrant selects each session for credit.
The Attendee can enter and update the information at any time.
Conflict checking is done dynamically by the date and time of the
session. An alert message appears instructing the registrant to click
OK to deselect the conflicting session or Cancel to leave the previous
selections.
A validation flag is required to make the attendee validate that the
information is correct and accurate.
A Certificate of Attendance is available for immediate
printing.
iMIS is populated in a custom defined table and custom window
showing each session selected. The information also updates if the
information is updated via the On-line module.
An iMIS CEU Activity record is generated showing the total hours
accumulated for the Event.
And the Online Continuing Education Hours Module for iMIS can be
used for any iMIS Event.
