Survey on Recurring Dues, Installment Plans Underway

enSYNC is studying dues and donation payment practices in associations and nonprofits, and their effect on member satisfaction and staff workload. The results of this survey will be used as a benchmark scorecard for the industry.

We're asking for the input and support of all association professionals so that we can make it a complete and thorough review of the topic," says Sherry Milligan, Vice President of Nonprofit Strategy for enSYNC.
Everyone participating in the survey will receive a copy of the results when they are complete later this summer. Your name and email must be included at the end in order to receive the report.
Details of the survey
Milligan explained that enSYNC is studying how installment payment plans and automated renewal processes affect the success of organizations. "Even if you do not currently have these policies in place, please complete the survey, as this information is also important to the final results," she said.
There are approximately 30 questions on the survey, including some regarding revenue projections from member dues.
"We'd like broad particiation from the nonprofit community," said Milligan. "Individual, trade, charitable associations are all invited to provide input on this important benchmarking survey."
The survey closes approximately July 15.
