In the consumer market, customers make buying decisions for restaurants, vacations and products based on reviews. But most B2B markets lack dedicated review sites where customers have a voice and can read reviews on the products used at work.

Why We’re Proud of What We’re Building

White Glove Service

There are three phases to launching a review site: implementation, technical training, and the art of reviews training but we ensure a white glove experience from the beginning until forever. There’s never any additional cost for virtual training or assistance. And we often host free family gatherings of all the review site administrators.

Code to Table

Our developers are in our backyard. Well, not literally but we’ve sourced some of the most incredible developers we’ve ever seen. And they’re right in Nashville, where we live. Our platform is responsive, reliable, flexible, and fast.

Good Stewards of Our Community

Our careers have evolved around the association community. We’re active givers to association foundations, speak pro bono for industry events and are members of at many national and state associations. We’ve provided scholarship funds to budding professionals and simply love being around other association geeks.

Review Society Leaders

Our team is actively involved with the science, ethics and business of online reviews through The Review Society, a free membership organization. We’re constantly reading research, providing content and connecting with leaders in the review industry. We’re even steering an endeavor on creating a manifesto for reviewers, vendors and review site owners. We’re all-in on how review sites can change entire industries.

We Drink Our Own Champagne

Some people say they eat their own dogfood but we say we drink our own champagne. We’re administrators of our own review sites including ReviewMyAMS and ReviewMyCommunity. This ensures a solid product or our own sites don’t look good.

Ease of Use

You won’t believe how simple it is to setup a review site using our platform. As much as you love manuals and documentation (haha), we know you don’t have time for that. We’ve spent hundreds of hours crafting our platform so that it’s simple enough to give to your 5th grader to design. Once administrators have their site in their hands, they’re rock’n and roll’n. We’ve even seen a site setup in less than a few hours!
