Tanessa Busch
Solutions Lead | CiSEng
Tanessa Busch brings over a decade of experience to the position of Solutions Lead at enSYNC. A self-described ‘Jack of all trades’, Tanessa has experience in association operations, and event and project management. As a member of the enSYNC team, she wants people to know that the enSYNC staff loves their clients, loves what they do, and that combination makes the company special. Tanessa is proud of her place on the team and works to remove challenges for her teammates so they can focus on achieving client’s goals. For enSYNC’s clients, Tanessa strives to be a trusted partner to solve challenges and deliver solutions that allow them to serve their members and help their staff further their missions.
A member of TSAE, DFWAE and ASAE, Tanessa attended the University of Oklahoma. She is married and the mother of two children. She also enjoys home projects and knitting.
Ariel Crotty
Consultant | CiP
Ariel Crotty brings 15 years experience to her position of Consultant at enSYNC. As her expertise lies in iMIS upgrades and reporting, she loves helping clients shift from using Excel to track data to working completely in iMIS. She also creates workflows to make clients’ jobs easier.
As a three-year veteran of enSYNC, Ariel wants people to know the company truly cares about their clients. enSYNC staff works daily to empower clients to take control of their technology and all it has to offer.
Ariel attended school at Johnson & Wales University. She is proud of the growth she’s experienced since coming from the client side of the association work to the consulting side. She is also proud of her CiP credential.
In her spare time, Ariel enjoys aerial and mat yoga, walking/hiking with her dog, and going to the beach.
Tina Haglund
Senior Consultant | CiA, CiP
Tina Haglund has been with enSYNC for four years and is a Senior Consultant. She’s an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience working with nonprofits and associations.
Tina believes that enSYNC is an amazing place to work. She reveals that it is hard to find an employer that has the secret sauce, but “I think we have it here!” In her position at enSYNC, Tina works with organizations to help them gain efficiency, a task she loves.
A Girl Scout troop leader for the past 13 years, Tina also serves on the board of the LILA Foundation. She attended school at Century College and Minneapolis Business College.
The proud mother of two children, Tina enjoys hanging out at the lake with friends and family.
Terry Hammond
Senior Web Consultant
Senior Web Consultant Terry Hammond has been with enSYNC for more than 21 years. One of the biggest challenges she faces in her position is workflow processes for web users. Utilizing her expertise in web consulting, she finds ways to navigate through a process.
While her longevity is a testament to her work environment, Terry believes the people at enSYNC make the company a true family.
Terry attended Texas Wesleyan University. She is most proud of her family and enjoys watching her son play football and lacrosse. In her spare time she pursues her favorite hobby, photography.
Laurie Hill
Consultant
Laurie Hill is an enSYNC Consultant whose expertise lies in customer support, communication and behind-the-scenes organization. As a four-year employee of the company, Laurie is, in her words, the underflow of the river — you can’t always see it, but it’s there and keeps things moving.
After entering the workforce at age 15, Laurie moved into the association/iMIS world in 1992. She wants others to know that enSYNC cares about both their employees and their clients. She said the team works hard to ensure positive experiences for everyone involved with the company.
Laurie is most proud of her family which includes her husband of almost 22 years, her son and grandson. Laurie’s son passed away in November 2020, but she continues to wake up and “give every day my very best.”
Laurie lives on the lake and goes fishing almost every day. On weekends she and her husband hit estate sales just for the thrill of the find.
Shannon Kozinski
Consultant
Shannon Kozinski has been a Consultant for enSYNC for the past three and a half years. As she pushes herself to pursue new challenges and activities, Shannon works to streamline clients’ internal processes by using technology. Her areas of expertise include iMIS RiSE and Brightspace LMS.
Shannon enjoys the unique culture at enSYNC observing that it feels like a family. She said coworkers draw inspiration from seeing their colleagues succeed, which in turn helps them better serve their clients. They also strive to build long-term relationships with their clients thus creating an extension to their family.
Shannon attended college at Central Michigan University (Fire up Chips!). She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing cards and board games, and is a true crime junkie.
Shanti Pampana, CiP
Business Systems Analyst
Shanti Pampana became part of the enSYNC team in 2022. With 20+ years experience in the field, Shanti is proud of her 11 years iMIS experience and CiP credentials. enSYNC’s clients will benefit from her expertise in development, data analysis, automation, and content management tasks. Shanti is familiar with tasks related to tasks jQuery, .net, SQL, and stored procedures/views.
As an enSYNC team member, one of her objectives is to empower clients through training, development, and support. This dovetails with her love of training clients to be the next experts in iMIS so they can take their practice to the next level. Shanti believes that enSYNC truly cares for their client's success as well as their own employees. enSYNC prides itself on its teamwork, and she is pleased to be part of it.
Shanti attended college at Southern University and Louisiana State University. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, spending time with friends, and quiet time.
Warren Duncan
Senior Financial Analyst
Warren Duncan brings impressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to the team. His expertise has proven invaluable in contributing to enSYNC's financial success and strategic decision-making. He also regularly helps clients with Sage Intacct reporting and part-time accounting duties.
Warren's educational background includes studies at Southeastern Louisiana University, Baton Rouge Community College, and Slidell Theological Seminary. This diverse educational foundation reflects his commitment to continuous learning and a well-rounded approach to his professional endeavors.
Beyond his role at enSYNC, Warren serves as a pastor of a church in Illinois, showcasing his multifaceted talents and commitment to community engagement. This unique aspect of his life speaks to his dedication not only to his professional responsibilities but also to his role as a spiritual leader, demonstrating a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
As Warren continues to contribute to enSYNC's financial success, his diverse background and commitment to continuous improvement make him a dynamic and well-rounded resource. His unique blend of financial acumen, educational achievements, and community leadership positions him as a valuable asset to enSYNC and the broader community he serves.
Zakary Davis
Account Manager
Zak Davis was added to the enSYNC team as an Account Manager in January 2023. He brings experience in Data Administration and Data Management to his position.
While it’s early in his career, Zak takes pride in managing data integrity and workflows within HubSpot CRM. He is dedicated to working hard and enjoys being the backbone of support for the Business Development team. Zak loves helping the enSYNC team and clients with cutting-edge software solutions like Sage Intacct and iMIS tailored to their needs.
Life isn't just about data and business. Outside the professional realm, you'll find Zak making music, exploring board games, and embracing brain teasers.

Ram Devarapu
Software Engineer
Software Engineer Ram Devarapu has been with enSYNC for six years. His expertise lies in computer programming in C# and JavaScript, working with APIs.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Ram also has a degree in electronic engineering. With his education and experience, Ram works to solve real world problems or problems clients have with computer code. He believes enSYNC can meet all of associations/non-profits software needs.
In his spare time, Ram enjoys playing soccer, hiking, reading and gaming.
Harsh Singh
Software Engineer
Harsh Singh, a Software Engineer, has spent nine years of his 10-year career at enSYNC. His expertise lies in software engineering and development, and database management.
Harsh is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. He is proud of his work and the applications/software that enSYNC creates. In his capacity, Harsh leverages available tools as well as custom programming to extend clients' AMS as required. He works hard to bridge the gap between desired functionality and what's available out of the box. Harsh strives daily to consistently deliver for enSYNC’s clients as well as the team, which he aptly calls ‘family.’
In his spare time, Harsh enjoys traveling and binge watching TV.
Milissa Straka
Consultant | CiP
Milissa Straka brings more than 25 years experience, with expertise in accounting and membership dues, to her Senior Consultant position at enSYNC. She has been with the company for about two and a half years and works to resolve what can be complex issues surrounding accounting, finance, and membership.
Milissa believes she works with an extraordinary team of professionals who are devoted not only to their clients but each other. She notes that her move to enSYNC has been one of the highlights of her career.
A graduate of Walsh College with a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acct.), With Distinction, Milissa is proud of her career in addition to her husband and children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing golf, camping and travel.

Chadd Arthur
Director of Client Success
Chadd Arthur is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in process improvement and the strategic alignment of organizational goals with technology solutions. Leveraging his extensive expertise, Chadd conducts regular strategic assessments for organizations, guiding them towards enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
With a profound passion for aiding clients in recognizing the value of process improvement, Chadd leads our team in secure technology solutions that directly contribute to their mission success. His commitment to excellence is evident in his contributions to the industry, including participating in panels and serving as a thought leader to a network of nonprofit professionals.
Chadd earned his MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and resides outside the greater Chicago area. Chadd not only brings a wealth of knowledge and experience but also a dedication to making a meaningful impact in the nonprofit space.
Janet Davidson
Vice President
Janet Davidson has been with enSYNC since May 2006 working her way up the ranks to Vice President. With more than 20 years experience, Janet’s expertise lies in coaching, leadership, fundraising, AutoDraft, partnerships and change management. Her specific focus is removing obstacles for clients while helping them embrace change.
Janet is a big UofM fan (Michigan that is!) and is a member of ASAE, DFWAE, TSAE and NiUG.
As a proud member of the enSYNC team, Janet enjoys working with associations and nonprofits to see their missions thrive. She wants to encourage everyone to take the time to find out about all of the products and services that enSYNC offers as she believes they are often an untouched resource.
In her spare time, Janet enjoys cooking, walking, genealogy and traveling. She is proud of her sons and the lives they have built for their families.
David Hickey
CEO
David is the other half of the founding team at enSYNC. He’s got a mind for business and handles the corporate side of enSYNC. He’s also developed the payment gateway division of the company, working with BluePay as a partner in many of our client’s organizations. His business acumen also helps clients make decisions about operations, especially those related to accounting and managed IT services. A proud TCU alum, he has not decorated the office in purple, nor has he encouraged other staff members to participate in his hobby of skydiving. (Thanks for that, David.)

Lan Mai
Support Manager | CISA
Support Manager Lan Mai is an integral part of enSYNC, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Prior to joining enSYNC, Lan spent over a decade as a front-end user and an additional four years as a back-end consultant, honing his problem-solving skills and gaining a deep understanding of client needs.
Lan's academic background includes attending the University of Texas at Dallas, where he cultivated the analytical and technical skills that contribute to his success in the tech industry. Beyond his professional endeavors, Lan is an active member of the non-profit organization, InfraGard, showcasing his commitment to public-private partnerships and collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Known for his dedication to solving clients' problems, Lan considers enSYNC not just a workplace but a family. He values the collaborative and familial atmosphere within the team, contributing to the company's positive work culture.
Outside of work, Lan enjoys shooting billiards and cherishes quality time with his non-work family. As the Support Manager, Lan continues to lead with a customer-centric focus, ensuring that enSYNC remains at the forefront of delivering exceptional support and technology solutions.
Amanda Feil
Director of Consulting | CAE
Amanda Feil joined enSYNC in January 2022 as Director of Consulting. With more than a decade of experience in associations, her expertise lies in memberships, accounting, mobile applications, event planning, project management, and community management. Amanda is proud to have earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential as she believes it has empowered her to help more people and develop lifelong connections.
At enSYNC, Amanda will work to break down silos and connect people to the resources they need. She notes that connecting people is one of her favorite things, to the point that she’s been endearingly called a matchmaker in the past. Amanda wants everyone to know that enSYNC’s goal is to help members, adding that the company’s staff is invigorated by the success of their clients.
A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Amanda serves as a board member of Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives (DFWAE). She is also a member of the Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
When she’s not at work, Amanda volunteers for a great organization called Chemo Angels where she’s an angel to a senior. She also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and traveling with husband, David, and Daisy — the super mutt, and Banjo — the cat aka Murder Paws.
Josh Kozinski
Director of Business Development
Meet Josh Kozinski, the Director of Business Development at enSYNC. With expertise in Sage Intacct, iMIS, and supporting technologies, Josh's mission is to simplify complex processes by transforming rogue spreadsheets and databases into streamlined, automated solutions. His dedication to delivering strategic solutions aligns perfectly with enSYNC's commitment to efficient and innovative nonprofit management.
Josh is not just a leader at enSYNC; he's actively involved in prominent industry organizations. By staying connected with these networks, Josh remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. In addition to his professional pursuits, Josh serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives, giving back to the industry he's passionate about.
Away from the office, Josh is an athlete at heart. He pursued his college education at Central Michigan, where he played basketball. However, what Josh values most is his relationships with his family and his faith in God.
