KioskXpress enables you to check in more people in less time, making your own people more efficient, while providing a self-service option to members. Using this module, your attendees can check in for an event or conference using self-service kiosks, pay for additional classes and print their own badges on the spot. Even walk-in attendees can register, pay and be on their way in no time. It’s as intuitive and easy-to-use as an ATM.

It’s the age-old question for associations everywhere: How do you move your members through event registration efficiently, without an army of volunteers or temporary personnel?

​Instead of being chained behind their desktop screens, your volunteers can go mobile, moving throughout the line, handling registration on their tablet computers. If a conference goer wants to pay onsite, it’s no problem. The software will record the transaction, validate the credit card information and generate a receipt. All of your kiosk registrations are managed in a separate iMIS batch for simplified reconciliation, so bookkeeping is easier, too.

​Based on a customer request, we recently added an enhancement to this module that enables you to take a photograph of your member at the kiosk, and add this image to the badge and to the member profile. This feature increases onsite security, as well as giving your staff a visual reminder of who your members are, long after the event has ended.

Although this module works as a standalone, to maximize value, most of our customers purchase KioskXpress in conjunction with enSYNC’s Barcode Emailer for a total event solution.
