A Mission Built on Safety, Training, and Industry Leadership
The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) is the only national trade association for tree care companies in the U.S. Founded in 1938, TCIA supports the industry through advocacy, education, and standards development, serving more than 1,400 tree care company members and nearly 400 corporate members.
TCIA’s work depends on programs that help tree care businesses operate safely, build skilled teams, and grow sustainably. That means financial reporting is not just accounting. It is how TCIA funds programs, measures performance, and stays accountable to members.
The Challenge
